I offer sessions remotely, either by video or audio call, whichever feels most comfortable for you.

Sessions are usually held weekly, but I’m happy to discuss what feels right for you.

Some people come for a short period to work through a specific issue; others choose longer-term support.

There’s no ‘one size fits all’ just what works best for you.

Our Counselling sessions will last 50 minutes, the fee is £80.00. This is payable by bank transfer to:
